These service terms (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute the legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Gala Pro (hereinafter referred to as "We", "Our" or "Company") regarding the use of our applications and associated services (hereinafter referred to as "Services"). By installing, accessing, or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms and our privacy policy. If you are under 18 years old, you must obtain the consent of your legal guardian. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, and transferable license to use the services for personal and non-commercial purposes. You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
In order to use certain features, you may need to create an account. You promise to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are responsible for all activities that occur through your account.

·Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
Account Termination:
·The service provider has the right to terminate the account if the user violates the terms of service.
·Users can choose to close their account at any time, but may lose all account related information and purchase records.
Data protection:
·The service provider will process the user's personal information in accordance with the privacy policy.
·The user agrees to the service provider collecting, using, and storing their data to provide services.
Limitation of Liability:
The service provider is not responsible for any losses caused by unauthorized use of the account or the user's failure to maintain account security.
Age limit:
Users must reach the legal age to create an account. For example, some services may require users to be at least 13 years old.
Account recovery:
If the user forgets their password, they can try to recover their account according to the prescribed process.
Account suspension:
If suspicious activity is found, the service provider can temporarily freeze the account for investigation.
You have the right to submit the above type of information.
Ownership and License: You reserve ownership of all content you upload to the service (hereinafter referred to as "User Content"), but you grant us the right to use, copy, modify, publicly display, and distribute User Content globally, non exclusively, transferable, sublicensed, royalty free, to facilitate the operation and improvement of the service.
Content Standards: You promise that the user's content complies with all applicable laws and will not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
The term "virtual currency" in this clause refers to digital representations issued in our application for use only within the application. Virtual goods, rather than fiat currency, do not have the attributes of fiat currency, such as stable value or government endorsement. Users should understand that the value of virtual currency may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to market supply and demand, application policy adjustments, and technological risks.
Users can purchase virtual currency within the app by using legal tender. Different regions may result in price differences, and the specific price is based on the price in the app store.
Once the purchase of virtual currency is completed, it is considered the final transaction, unless in specific circumstances such as system errors or fraudulent behavior, we reserve the right to refund at our discretion.
Virtual currency can only be used within this application for purchasing virtual goods, services, or participating in specific activities, and cannot be used for any other purpose.
We reserve the right to set minimum and maximum amount limits for a single transaction, as well as daily, weekly, or monthly total transaction limits.
Users must properly keep their account information, including but not limited to account, password, and virtual currency wallet. We will not be held responsible for any virtual currency losses caused by user negligence.
We will take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the security of user virtual currencies, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. The user agrees to notify us immediately upon discovering any account abnormalities.
When using virtual currency, users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to anti money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, and tax related laws.
We do not assume any direct or indirect losses caused by fluctuations in the virtual currency market.
Unless otherwise specified, the purchase of virtual currency does not support refunds. In specific circumstances, if the in app purchase is not successfully delivered, users can submit a refund request, and we will evaluate and decide whether to refund based on the situation.
Any disputes related to virtual currencies should first be resolved through customer service channels. If it cannot be resolved, both parties agree to submit it to the court where our company is located for litigation resolution.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend virtual currency services at any time, but we will notify users in advance and provide them with a reasonable disposal period.
We have the right to modify these terms, and the modified terms will take effect after publication. By continuing to use the service, the user accepts the modified terms.
We are not responsible for the behavior of third-party service providers or the quality of their services, including but not limited to payment gateways, virtual currency exchanges, etc.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the service (or any part thereof) at any time, regardless of whether the user is notified or not, without assuming any responsibility.
We promise to respect your privacy. For information on how we collect, use, and disclose your information, please refer to our privacy policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, even if we have been informed that such damages may occur.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The revised terms will be published in our application and will take effect from the date of publication. Continuing to use the service means accepting the modified terms
If the user violates these terms, we have the right to immediately terminate the user's account and access to the service without prior notice.
We may send notifications to you via email, in app messaging, or by mail. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information is up-to-date.
These terms constitute the complete agreement between you and us regarding the use of the service and supersede all previous oral or written agreements.
·Force Majeure: We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control.
·Waiver: Failure to enforce any right under this clause shall not be deemed a waiver of that right.
·Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
